An unlikely pairing in a small Massachusetts town, a retired teacher, known for his strict methods and now hiding behind his books, is obliged to hire a housekeeper due to his failing health.
Retired forever-bachelor Jacob Brackish, living a reclusive life in the company of his beloved radio, finds his structured day-to-day uprooted at the arrival of Kathleen, his mousy new recently-widowed housekeeper.
On a journey of self-discovery, the improbable duo will begin to recreate a new sense of normalcy, and may just uncover that it is not the first time their paths have crossed!

Le sujet est grave et les acteurs merveilleux.
Il faut dire que je suis une fan d’Arditi mais je trouve que la complicité entre Devos et Arditi est touchante.
